These Terms of Service govern your use of barrheadbeautybar.com and any purchases made through the Barrhead Beauty Bar online store.

6. Discount Codes and Promotions

From time to time, Barrhead Beauty Bar may offer discount codes or promotional offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
• Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively
• Only one discount code may be used per order
• Promotions may have an expiry date
• Certain products may be excluded

We may withdraw or amend a promotion where necessary, provided this does not affect orders that have already been validly accepted.

7. Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe but cannot guarantee that third-party delivery providers will always deliver within estimated times.

Please ensure that the delivery information you provide is complete and accurate.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional delivery charges may apply before the order is resent.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this section.

8. Cancellation and Returns

If you purchase goods online, you will generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

After notifying us of a cancellation, you must return the eligible goods within the legally applicable timeframe.

Unless the product is faulty, incorrect or otherwise required by law, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Products should be returned unused and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.

Hygiene products

Certain products may be supplied sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons. Where a product is genuinely unsuitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, your statutory right to cancel may be lost once that seal has been broken after delivery.

For hygiene reasons, false eyelashes that are supplied sealed and have been opened, worn, applied or otherwise used cannot normally be returned for a change-of-mind refund where the applicable hygiene exception applies.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet your legal rights.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable UK consumer law.

10. Product Use

Please use products in accordance with any instructions, warnings or guidance provided with them.

If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction, stop using the product immediately and seek appropriate advice where necessary.

If you tag Barrhead Beauty Bar or send us photographs, videos or other content, this does not automatically give us permission to use that content for marketing.
